4. Liability
4.1. The Website is made available to users in its current form, "as is", as determined by the Company. 4.8. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company will have no responsibility or liability other than as expressly stated in these Terms of Use or required by mandatory provisions of law. In all cases, the Company's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms of Use derogates from any mandatory legal provision, including the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

6.2. In some cases, Advertisements are placed on the Website independently by a third party, without any involvement by the Company.
6.3. The Company is not responsible in any way for Advertisements on the Website, their content or the information contained in them.

8.2. All jewelry marketed by the Company on the Website is new, free from defects and in its original packaging, unless the Company states otherwise.
8.3. Jewelry sold on the Website is covered by a warranty for 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage resulting from improper use, natural wear and tear, exposure to chemicals or any damage caused by the Customer's negligence.
8.4. The Company will not be liable for damage resulting from use of jewelry contrary to the care instructions supplied with it or other instructions for use provided by the Company.
8.5. Before using jewelry, the Customer must therefore carefully read the care instructions supplied with it or provided by the Company.
8.6. All jewelry marketed by the Company includes details of the materials from which it is made, as required by law.
8.7. Different people may have sensitivities to different materials, such as nickel, silver, gold or other alloys, which cannot be anticipated. The Company will not be liable if the Customer is allergic to a material from which the jewelry is made or develops hypersensitivity to the jewelry. Customers who have any doubt about their sensitivity to particular materials must refrain from purchasing jewelry made from those materials.
9. Product Display on the Website
9.1. Jewelry images displayed on the Website are for illustration only. Minor differences may exist between the image displayed on the Website and the actual jewelry due to lighting, screen resolution and similar factors. Handmade jewelry may also vary slightly from piece to piece.
9.2. The Company endeavors to display jewelry on the Website as accurately as possible, using high-quality images and detailed product descriptions.
9.3. Jewelry dimensions provided on the Website are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations of up to 2 mm may occur and are considered acceptable in the jewelry industry.
9.4. When purchasing jewelry with natural gemstones, Customers should bear in mind that each stone is unique and may have slightly different shades and patterns from those shown in the image.
10. Weight and Dimensions
10.1. The weights of jewelry and stones stated on the Website are approximate. Permitted variations are up to 0.1 gram for gold and silver jewelry and up to 0.02 carat for gemstones and diamonds, unless otherwise stated.
10.2. Ring, bracelet and necklace sizes stated on the Website are standard sizes. The Company offers a custom sizing service for an additional fee, as specified on the product page.

11. Customized Jewelry
11.1. The Company may offer jewelry customization at the Customer's request. Customization may include, among other things, personal engraving, production in a special size that is not a standard selection from the sizes offered on the Website, selection of a special stone for the Customer, or a specific modification to an existing design made especially at the Customer's request.
11.2. Where jewelry is manufactured especially for a Customer according to the Customer's measurements or personal requirements, the legal provisions applicable to a product manufactured especially for a consumer will apply. Merely selecting a standard size from existing options on the Website does not, in itself, mean that the jewelry is customized. In all cases involving a defect or nonconformity, the Customer's statutory rights will apply.
11.3. The Company will begin producing customized jewelry only after receiving the Customer's final approval of the requested customizations.
11.4. Delivery of customized jewelry may take longer than the usual delivery period for ready-made jewelry, depending on the nature and complexity of the requested customization.

14.3. Store each item of jewelry separately in its original box or a suitable jewelry storage accessory to prevent scratches and damage to the stones.
14.4. Failure to follow the care instructions may invalidate the jewelry warranty.
15. Delivery Methods and Timeframes

The delivery fee of NIS 300 per order applies uniformly to deliveries throughout Israel, with no additional charge based on the delivery area.
15.4. Products will be delivered in accordance with the delivery schedule specified for the relevant product or within the period stated on the product's sales page, whichever is later.
15.5. The day on which an order is placed is not counted toward the delivery period. The delivery period starts on the date payment is actually made, following confirmation of payment. Delivery takes up to 16 business days, including production and shipping, and does not include holidays or observances.
15.6. The Company undertakes to supply only products that are in stock and have been paid for in full by credit card, as specified below.
15.7. The Company endeavors to update the Website regarding products that are out of stock. However, an out-of-stock product may appear on the Website as available for delivery.
15.8. The Company will take steps to deliver the product by the date communicated to the Customer. In the event of delay or non-delivery, the Customer will have the rights granted by law. If the product has not been delivered, the Customer may contact customer service for clarification, reshipment or cancellation of the transaction, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.
15.9. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company will not be liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery caused by force majeure or events beyond its control, including strikes, shutdowns, security incidents and similar events.
15.10. Subject to applicable law, the Company may refuse a transaction for any reason, even after an order has been placed on the Website. The Company will notify the person who placed the order shortly after canceling the transaction.
15.11. The Company reserves the right to limit the quantity of products purchased in a single transaction, particularly during promotions and special discounts.
15.12. The Company reserves the right not to supply products to Customers who place orders for commercial use of the products, such as resale, unless they have obtained the Company's prior written approval.
15.13. In the event of exceptional demand for a particular product, the Company may limit the volume of sales or the quantity of products that may be ordered, in a reasonable and equitable manner and subject to applicable law.
15.14. The Company may also decline to supply a particular product if it is out of stock or if an error has occurred in its price or specifications. In such a case, the transaction will be canceled and the Customer will be refunded accordingly.

15.16. The delivery fee within Israel is NIS 300 per order, including VAT. The Company does not deliver outside Israel.
15.17. In certain cases, Customers may also have the option of collecting products in person. Collection is available only by arrangement with the Company's customer service.
15.18. At the time of delivery, and as a condition of delivery, the Company may require the signature and identification document of the person seeking to receive the product. The Company may also require the presence of the holder of the credit card used to purchase the product at the time of delivery, presentation of that cardholder's identification document, or the cardholder's signature on a voucher as a condition of handing over the product.
15.19. The Customer must inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If the product is received damaged or differs from the product ordered, the Customer must immediately contact the Company's customer service and may exchange the product or cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions below.
16. Cancellation of Transactions and Product Returns
16.1. Cancellation of transactions, returns and exchanges will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the regulations enacted under it and any other mandatory law. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and legal provisions that cannot be waived or varied by agreement, those legal provisions will prevail.
16.2. A Customer wishing to cancel a transaction or return a product may do so within the periods and subject to the conditions prescribed by law. The Company may request proof of purchase. Where permitted by law, the product must be returned, as far as possible, in its original condition and without use that diminishes its value. Opening the packaging alone will not negate a right of cancellation where such a right is granted by law.
16.3. Where cancellation is due to a defect, nonconformity, failure to deliver on time or another ground for which the law does not permit a cancellation fee, the Company will act in accordance with applicable law, including in relation to refunding the purchase price and the costs of returning the product. Provisions concerning return costs in an ordinary cancellation will not apply in such cases to the extent that the law provides otherwise.
16.4. Where cancellation is not due to a defect, nonconformity or other breach by the Company, the Company may charge a cancellation fee only at the rate and in the circumstances permitted by law. As of the date these Terms of Use were updated, where the law permits a cancellation fee, it will not exceed 5% of the transaction price or NIS 400, whichever is lower.
16.5. Any product exchange offered by the Company in addition to statutory rights will be subject to the exchange policy published on the Website and to applicable law.
16.6. When returning a product, the Customer must take care of it and, as far as possible, return it in the condition in which it was received, without use beyond reasonable examination of the product. Nothing in this provision derogates from any statutory right of cancellation or return.
16.7. In the case of an ordinary cancellation that is not due to a defect, nonconformity or breach by the Company, the Customer will bear the costs of returning the product only to the extent permitted by law. Where a defect, nonconformity or other ground requires the Company by law to bear the return costs, the Company will bear them in accordance with applicable law.
16.8. Where valuable jewelry is returned, the Company may carry out a reasonable professional examination to determine its condition, provided that the examination does not derogate from the Customer's statutory rights or unlawfully delay a refund due to the Customer.
16.9. Requests for cancellation or return will be handled through customer service, and the Customer will receive instructions for returning the product. Processing and refund timeframes will comply with applicable law.
17. Customer Service
17.1. The Company operates customer service by telephone at 0523036363 and by email at [email protected].

The Company invests substantial resources in protecting its Customers' information and uses advanced security technologies to protect payment details and personal information. Despite the measures taken, the Company cannot guarantee absolute security when information is transmitted over the Internet, and the Customer acknowledges the risks inherent in transmitting information in this manner.
20. Miscellaneous
20.1. The Company's records, if any, concerning actions carried out through or on the Website will constitute prima facie evidence of the accuracy of those actions.
20.2. The Company may, but is not obliged to, enforce these Terms of Use and take action whenever there is reasonable suspicion that a user or any third party has breached them.
20.3. Legal validity: If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, it will be removed from the Terms of Use. Its removal will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.
20.4. The Company makes every effort to provide excellent customer service. In the event of a disagreement or problem concerning a purchase on the Website, the Company recommends that the Customer first contact customer service using the telephone number or email address provided on the Website.
If no agreement is reached, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before an agreed mediator before commencing legal proceedings.
21. Governing Law
